    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Staff Accountant.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks that contribute to the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting in the monthend and yearend close process
    • Preparing and maintaining detailed account reconciliations
    • Reviewing and analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies and/or potential areas of improvement
    • Preparing and posting journal entries
    • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
    • Performing various accounting tasks such as account analysis, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations
    • Assisting with the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 1+ years of previous accounting experience
    • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel
    • Familiarity with GAAP and accounting principles
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred:

    • CPA or CPA candidate
    • Experience with accounting softwares
