    We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The position is located in our new Paris office located centrally in the City.


    What The Role Entails


    The Senior Accountant supports the Accounting/Finance team in the day-to-day operations and development of several large data centers in the US and internationally.

    The Senior Accountant will work with property management, operations and accounting staff, as well as senior executives within our organization.

    He/she is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, monthly statements and general ledger account reconciliations. The applicant should be detail-oriented, forward-thinking and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • Prepare journal entries
    • Review the allocation of company expenses and overhead costs
    • Performing account variance analysis and reconciliations
    • Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements including the associated work packages
    • Review invoices for proper coding and prepare for payment
    • Reconcile and review all crosscompany transactions and prepare invoices as required
    • Preparing monthly drawdown packages for submission to lenders
    • Assisting in due diligence on equity investment deals
    • Compilation of financial data and other audit requirements
    • Preparation of monthly tenant and customer invoices
    • Assist with other accounting projects as required
    • Travel to locations, customer meetings, training courses or conferences as desired and required
    • Preparation of monthly tax returns for sales and use tax and purchases of taxexempt fuel
    • Supervision and training of young professionals in accounting

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities


    • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
    • At least two (2) years of professional accounting experience Ability to train and motivate junior staff
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong sense of urgency to complete tasks on time or ahead of schedule while maintaining accuracy
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities
    • Assertive personality style required to ensure processes are completed and move on to the next phase of completion
    • Ability to maintain excellent relationships with vendors, tenants and other departments within the company
    Preferable


    • Experience in real estate
    • SQL experience
    • Experience with Yardi or equivalent software
