Responsibilities

- Manage clients during service appointments
- Proactively handle new customer inquiries
- Collaborate with vehicle technicians to ensure a seamless client journey from start to finish
- Oversee appointment management, including scheduling, communication, and payments
- Utilize service and valet software to maintain detailed records of client interactions and services
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and continuously seek operational efficiencies for improved productivity

Experience
- 3+ years in a client service role (e.g., automotive, restaurants, hospitality, retail)
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in customer-relationship management software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with keen attention to detail
- Track record of identifying and implementing customer experience enhancements
- History of exceeding client expectations
