    Salary: $22/hour

    Check Off Your List (COYL) is looking for a Seasonal Marketing Specialist to help with their rapid growth starting immediately until July 2024, with potential for a longer-term position.

    COYL offers remote professionals specializing in various areas such as bookkeeping, executive assistance, human resources, marketing, web design, and IT Support on a flexible pay model, allowing clients to prioritize their core activities.

    This role is remote (ideally located in areas like Delaware, Florida, Maine, Ohio, or Texas) and will report to the Director of Marketing.

    The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:

    • Website Design proficiency (Elementor, Shopify, WordPress)
    • Crafting Social Media Graphics
    • Generating Content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Executing Email Marketing strategies (Newsletters, Auto Responders, Drip Campaigns)
    • Creating eye-catching Blog Graphics
    • Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable tasks
    • Additional skills in PowerPoint Design are a plus

    Requirements:

    • 2-year degree or equivalent experience
    • Professional demeanor in meetings
    • Excellent Writing and Editing abilities
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs
    • Proficiency in Canva
    • Adept in operating Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
    • A portfolio showcasing your work is mandatory; kindly include it along with your resume when applying.

    Preferred:

    • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
    • 3 years' expertise in Marketing and Social Media
    • Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, WordPress, Email Service Providers
    • Prior involvement in marketing functions

    Job Type:

    • Initial part-time hours per week

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday

    Experience:

    • At least 1 year in Social Media management (Mandatory)
    • 1 year in Marketing (Mandatory)
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Mandatory)
    • WordPress experience: 1 year (Preferred)
