What you'll be doing...The Senior Manager is a well-rounded individual with knowledge of capex, Opex related financial and business operational data, creating insightful dashboard to enable storytelling, data analytics, excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and social skills.
This role requires a consistent track record in planning / business operations functions and delivering insights based on data. Creates and enjoys being part of an environment that promotes customer centricity, customer experiences, teamwork, accountability and positive attitude.You will be part of vibrant and growing team that a growing and vibrant team that generates insights and support planning and budget operations for the CX organization.
There will be a balance strategic thinking, dashboard development, data systems and tools transformation, project management, results accountability, cross-functional collaboration, creative ideas and "rolling up the sleeves" to resolve tactical issues.
You are able to challenge the status quo by demonstrating a willingness to re-invent the current process and policies, and adopt change as a challenge.
Responsibilities:
Driving the Strategy planning for Capex and Opex based CX Strategy and Priorities
Combining operational and financial data to enable insights for storytelling of business value, ROI of CX improvement efforts
Supporting business case preparation for key CX initiatives in partnership with CX delivery org and finance
Driving budget planning cycles with clearly defined and established process of input, outputs.
Developing insights on outlook/forecast and tracking actuals against budget in partnership with finance
Managing and developing business KPI's and performance management
Facilitating stakeholder conversations to drive business results
Supporting modelling and frameworks for budgets and adhere to policies
Modelling of data to enable decision making of investments
Gathering insights from the data and develop, present readouts on budgets, actuals, trends, insights, variances
Identifying and flag risks, propose mitigation plans and opportunities

You have a knack for understanding and visualizing just the right way to share data and practical insights so that people can understand.
People trust you based upon your thoughtful and detailed analyses.You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant work experience
Strong data analytics, reporting, dashboard creation, insight / story telling skills
Strong project management, coordination and facilitation
Background in marketing, business transformation, customer experience, finance either in a business or consulting organization
Experience in tools - gSheet, gSlides, data automation, Tableau, Looker, Thoughtspot
Experience with SQL to extract and manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
Strong experience developing KPI's and data trends
Even better if you have one of more of the following:Product management or technical consulting experience.
Behavior/predictive analysis and/or data analytics development experience.
Experience with developing and automating data analytics and perform ad-hoc analysis
Adept in creating presentations and storytelling.
Experience partnering with multi-disciplinary teams and directing the work of others in a matrixed environment
Experience presenting insights and recommendations in a concise and consumable narrative
Build relationship with business partners and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time
