As part of our team, you will:

Lead and manage TGM projects in the areas of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration
Develop and maintain contracts with clients
Act as the main point of contact for clients onsite
Prepare proposals and budget plans
Oversee project progress and planning
Manage timelines, costs, and quality
Lead and supervise a team
Acquire new projects

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A degree in engineering, a technical diploma, or a master's degree with a focus on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, or plumbing, or equivalent experience
Relevant experience in independently managing and executing projects in smallscale construction up to 1 million euros
Knowledge and experience in cost estimation for HVAC systems
Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
A valid driver's license
