- Metatarsal Boots are required. We can provide protective guards until boots can be purchased, provided you at least have steel toed boots. A boot voucher will be issued on your first day for you to purchase a pair of boots at a local store. The cost of the boots will then be deducted from your first 3 paychecks.

- Ability to safely move around in a heavy industrial plant environment: Ascending or Descending steps within the plant.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
