Job Title:
Senior Engineer - Joint Use/Pole Design and Loading

Our client is a leading provider of engineering solutions in the utility sector, specializing in electrical distribution and joint-use infrastructure.

We seek a Senior Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in joint use/pole design and loading to join our team in St.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural) and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Lead the design and analysis of joint use and pole loading projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that optimize infrastructure performance and reliability.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations and provide timely project progress and milestones updates.
Develop and implement new processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
A bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil/structural) is required.
5-10 years of experience in an engineering-related field, focusing on electrical distribution and joint-use infrastructure preferred.

Strong understanding of technical specifications and industry standards, with the ability to interpret and apply them to engineering designs.
