    Job Overview


    iFoodDS is expanding its team and seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support technical sales efforts through to successful customer implementations in coordination with our sales and operations teams.

    We are looking for someone who is creative and can think on their feet to address customers technical questions and demonstrate how to apply iFoodDS solutions to delight prospects and customers.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Essential list of responsibilities and duties for the position:

    Conduct pre-sales demonstrations and presentations, engage customers' technical teams and address customer technical questions.

    Develop and maintain standard iFoodDS product demonstrations for each solution and segment of the industry. Train the sales team on how to conduct high-level product demonstrations.


    Understand customer processes to document and recommend the best workflow for efficiently integrating iFoodDS solutions into our customers production environments.

    Keep current with the competitive landscape, clearly articulate the value proposition associated with iFoodDS solutions versus competitors.


    Work closely with sales and operations teams to deliver SOWs, deployment project plans and other technical implementation documentation and requirements for customers.

    Successfully bridge customers from pre-sales to operations, resulting in successful deployments and a high level of customer engagement.

    Develop and maintain relationships as 'trusted technical advisor' with key existing accounts.

    Help maintain and improve iFoodDS products through communication of Voice of Customer to product management and product development teams.

    Qualifications

    Essential list of qualifications for the position:


    Working experience and domain knowledge of the food supply chain, ideally in the areas of perishable food safety, quality, and traceability.

    Familiarity with SaaS / Cloud based enterprise and mobile software.

    Good working knowledge of enterprise IT environments, particularly around enterprise data integration, ERP/WMS systems, and supply chain management.

    Ability to demonstrate complex enterprise software solutions and apply them to meet the requirements and goals of our customers.

    Good presentation and communications skills. Ability to engage in technical sales activities at all levels of a prospective customer opportunity.

    Fluent in Spanish a plus.

    Compensation

    The salary for this position typically ranges from $110K to $160K.

    This range is intended to reflect prevailing salaries in different geographic locations across the United States as well as the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
