We are America's largest provider of life safety services. Our scopes specialize in preventing the spread of fire, smoke, air, sound, and water in commercial buildings.

Our Damper Repairman are working in commercial buildings above ceiling grid and mechanical rooms, completing inspections and repairs on Fire Dampers in hospitals and other commercial buildings.

MUST BE COVID AND FLU VACCINATED OR WILLING TO RECIEVE FOR POSITION IF OFFERED

Experience:


  • 1+ year of experience working with basic tools
  • Plus, but not required, Commercial HVAC experience

Job Requirements:


  • Must pass drug test**:
  • Submit to TB test, vaccination blood tests & vaccinations (Flu, MMR, Varicella, etc.), and other mandatory vaccines
  • Must be COVID vaccinated OR willing to receive
  • Professional appearance. No visible tattoos/willing to cover.
  • Must be able to travel nationwide on a 10 day on, 4 day off rotation continuously.

Compensation:

- $21-28/hour competitive pay based on technical ability and experience

  • Paid weekly (direct deposit)

This role would be an ideal career transition if you have experience in apartment/hotel maintenance, hospital maintenance, general maintenance, janitorial, environmental services, home repair, wall repair, cable installation, alarm installation, installer, field technician, welding (welder), painting (painter), caulking (caulker), make ready, handyman, firestop, waterproofing (waterproofer), HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, asbestos/mold removal, construction, manufacturing, warehouse worker.
