Renville Health Services is looking for a full time or part-time DAY shift RN to join our great team. This position will work 12 hour shifts, including every 3rd weekend and 3rd holiday. Hours would be from 6:30am-7pm. RHS offers competitive wages based off of previous experience and a $2.00 / hr shift differential for working after 2:45 pm.

RN Starting Wage: $37.41 per hour and depends on previous experience.

Renville Health Services Benefits:

Personal Leave Time (for full and part time employees): 6.4 hours accrual for every 80 hours worked (approximately 21 days per year for full time staff)

100% employee Health insurance premium paid by Employer
Employer contribution of $150.00/month ($1,800.00/year) into your Health Savings Account (This is a benefit that rolls over each year)
Employee Life Insurance: $20,000.00 coverage for full time employees - insurance premium paid 100% by Employer

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the RN is to provide direct nursing care to individuals receiving services and to monitor the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants within the assigned care center when care centers are unable to schedule regular staff. The performance of these duties must be in accordance with the current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our care center, and as may be required and communicated by the Director of Nursing (DON) or Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Job Requirements:

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Maintain current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
