Process Engineer (m/f/d) for internationally operating family-owned company

We are a successful medium-sized family-owned company that produces unique specialty waxes worldwide. These multifunctional products are primarily used in the specialty plastics industry. With a long tradition and a clear focus on quality and innovation, we have earned an excellent reputation internationally.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated process engineer (m/f/d) who shares our family values and wants to work with us on forward-looking projects.

Responsibilities:

Introduction of new and optimization of existing chemical production processes
Development and implementation of new process techniques to improve product quality and efficiency in collaboration with our chemists and supervisors
Conducting tests to optimize and design new plant components
Analysis of production data to identify optimization potential
Collaboration with other departments such as research and development, quality control, and production management

Requirements:

Completed degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, or a similar field
Several years of professional experience in the chemical industry, ideally in process optimization and control
Excellent technical understanding and ability to think in a networked way
