BRJ Builders is a residential construction company based in Greenfield Massachusetts. We specialize in custom remodels from bathrooms to entire floor plan makeovers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, including planning, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project schedules.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status, address any questions or concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Construction Supervisor License (CSL) in Massachusetts required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, we use BuilderTrend and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Pay:
From $72,000.00 per year
