Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting others and management within the shop. This position requires good communication and organization skills. The Admin Assistant coordinates with the Department Manager to ensure the day-to-day administrative functions are completed.
Job Requirements:
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain filing system
- Use of multiline phone system
- Assisting Customers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 23 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Positive interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Written and verbal communication skills a must
- The ability to juggle and be adaptable with competing priorities, multitask & change direction in a variety of workplace situations.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
