JOB SUMMARY:

The Outside Service employees are directly responsible for the management of golf play and all supporting activities except the golf courses.

The Outside Service employees report administratively to the Head Golf Professional.

Golf Operations

Assist with the supervision of the golf operation. Serves the membership as leaders and ambassadors of the game at all times.

Specific Duties

Helps coordinate all outside areas.

a. Support and communicate with the Head Golf Professional keeping them informed.
b. As defined by the Head Golf Professional, perform duties that may be assigned.
c. Provide superior service to all members and guests.
d.

Greet every member and guest as they arrive at the club in a manner that sets the tone as it relates to Hidden Creek CC providing the ultimate experience.

e. Follow all operational procedures for equipment security and management.

Maintain communications with starter and golf shop
Trains and directs a team of workers capable of providing the highest level of service to all golf service areas.
Participates in the preparation of the staging area as it relates to golf car set-up, equipment staging and tournament or event set-ups.
Keep the golf car fleet clean and ready for daily use. Detail the fleet at least weekly or as needed to meet special functions.
Fulfill all required maintenance practices as requested by EZ GO Operations. Ensure the proper rotation of the fleet and all other daily needs such as battery water are met.
Keep the Car Facility clean and free of all rubbish. As needed keep the road path free and walks free of all debris.

Maintain all equipment:
i.e.

keeping all hoses in good working order, drains operational and other items organized for use and the other stored equipment neatly and safely placed and secure.

Assists the membership in meeting their established starting times.

Have the appropriate uniform on at all times. It must be clean and neat. If it is cold the outerwear uniform for that season is permitted. Boots are not permitted. Name tags are important and required. Please wear them on your right chest area. Slacks and shirts should always be neatly pressed and clean.

Greet every member and guest as they arrive with a smile and Good Morning, Good Afternoon or Good Evening
Welcome them and their guests to Hidden Creek Country Club and wish them a great day. The use of names is extremely important. Make sure they leave with a positive experience.
Be service oriented. No request is too small or too large.
Address all members/guests as Mr. or Mrs. with the use of their last names. Unless told otherwise by the member. Always use yes sir and yes ma'am.
Anticipate member and guest needs to the best of your ability.
Handle any member complaints or problems as they arise. Keep the Head Golf Professional informed.
Be very visible. If a member needs anything, they should be able to find you without a problem.
Be knowledgeable of the entire golf operation.
Take pride in your work performance.
Conduct yourself in a professional manner both at and away from the club.
Assist the Outside Supervisor's with any necessary projects that must be completed to ensure an extraordinary event.
Assist with the loading and unloading of golf bags on golf cars for all arriving golfers. Members should never touch a bag.
Demonstrate our service-oriented philosophy. No request is too small or too large. Anticipate member and guest needs to the best of your ability.
Safety is a must. Consider this a high priority at all times. Operate the golf cars with great care.

Keep a clean work environment.
Wish all members/guests a good day or departing good-bye. Make sure they leave with a positive experience.
