- Service customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face.
- Take orders from customers.
- Handle Customer billing and cash deposits.
- Assist in separating mail.
- Possibly prepare deposits on weekends.
- Able to answer main switchboard, assisting the receptionist if needed.
- Process driver tickets and invoicing.
- Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve it.
- Respond to the problems of the customer promptly.
- Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner.
- Must be articulate and a confident communicator.
- Extremely efficient and accurate with data entry, Proficient in MS applications.
- Must demonstrate patience when communicating with customers.
- Knowledge of customer services ethics, principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures.
- Versatile and willing to adapt to a situation with a customer.
- Coordinate with the internal department and/or supervisor to find solutions and resolve matters.
- Maintain a follow up on the customer, to ensure they are satisfied with our company.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience - preferred
- Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to pass 7-year criminal background check

Job Overview
The primary function of a CSR is to communicate with the customers, take orders and bill out invoices. When taking orders, you will need to be educated across our wide range of products. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the CSR Manager.
