- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data visualization or related field.
- Experience with designing and developing interactive visualization solutions.
- Proficiency in visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.

RCG is a growing federal contracting company and Certified as a Great Place to Work. We are looking for strongly qualified people to help support our clients. We are currently seeking a Senior Visualization Engineer with an active Secret clearance as part of an ongoing contract in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, hybrid role three (3) days on-site two (2) days remote AFTER TRAINING.
Please note: Due to the secure nature of this government agency, all candidates must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident and have an active Secret clearance.
The successful candidate will receive a contingent offer based on the outcome of a government background check. This may take several weeks, and the candidate cannot begin actual employment until the background check is successfully completed.
The Senior Visualization Engineer will lead efforts to design, implement, and maintain visualization solutions for government and commercial clients. They will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to develop interactive and immersive visualizations that support data analysis, decision-making, and communication.
