MEININGER Hotel Berlin East Side Gallery is looking for a full-time night shift receptionist (m/f/d) to serve as a point of contact for our guests and ensure their safety and well-being - always together with another colleague on site.

YOUR TASKS:


  • You create a comfortable atmosphere and guarantee an unforgettable stay for our guests
  • You are the point of contact for our guests from A to Z during their entire stay and responsible for checkin, checkout, and occupancy optimization
  • You answer phone and inperson guest inquiries and provide information about local excursions, attractions, and additional services
  • You are responsible for administrative tasks: billing, timekeeping, online reputation management, quality checks
  • You conduct regular house rounds during the night
  • You work in a team and are willing to occasionally help out in F&B (breakfast, dinner, bar)
