    Description

    Position: Human Resources Coordinator

    Location: Onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon

    Duration: Direct Hire

    Pay Range: $20-$26 per hour and overtime eligible

    Job Type: Monday through Friday, full time

    Job Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The coordinator will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with recruitment and interview processes.
    • Support employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
    • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
    • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
    • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
    • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
    • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
    • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • 1 or more years of experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources position.
    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
    • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
