As a Machine and Equipment Operator (m/f/d) at Hedwig Village, you are the central point for everything related to machines.

Machine and equipment operators set up production machines and equipment, start them up, operate them, and are responsible for conversion and maintenance.

Your experience at HEINE:

Getting to know the various production processes at HEINE
Working with modern, technically sophisticated machines and equipment
Starting up machines and checking their function
Learning how to convert and operate machines
Monitoring the production process through regular inspection and maintenance of machines

We expect from you:

A good secondary school diploma or high school diploma / (technical) college entrance qualification
Technical understanding and manual dexterity
A high level of care, reliability, independence, and willingness to learn
Enjoyment of working in a team
