    Role Overview:

    The Customer Service Manager ensures top-notch execution of Customer Service at various service points within Plum Market. They are responsible for upholding service standards, resolving Customer concerns, and supervising the Front End Team Members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to oversee multiple Teams and product lines concurrently.
    • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
    • Physical capabilities like standing, walking, lifting, and bending as necessary for the role.

    • Provide exceptional Customer Service.
    • Lead and guide Team Members effectively.
    • Communicate proficiently with Customers, Team Members, and Leadership.
    • Strict adherence to Plum Market policies and procedures.
