SanData has been an owner-managed and independent service company for professional IT infrastructure since its founding in 1981. The SanData IT Group is a financially healthy company with continuous growth.

In 2022, we were able to satisfy our customers with expertise and experience, attract qualified employees, and increase our revenue.

The IT system house currently has approximately 480 employees. In the past fiscal year, our revenue was 145 million euros. The foundation for a successful future has been laid.

Your responsibilities will include managing the deployment of our technical personnel, tracking orders, and monitoring SLAs. You will also provide advice and support to our regular customers, as well as handle new customer orders.

Additionally, you will maintain customer and order data in our tool, identify customer requirements and needs, assist sales colleagues with creating offers, prepare invoices, and provide regular reports according to agreed-upon schedules.


To be successful in this role, you should have completed a commercial or technical education, have experience in personnel deployment planning, and be familiar with inventory management and ticketing systems.

Technical understanding and proficiency in MS Office are also necessary.

Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently, reliably, and with a focus on achieving goals.

Fluency in German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
