    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for a Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction site, including construction site management, construction safety, organization, budgeting, and project management. This includes communicating with clients and subcontractors, ensuring project specifications are met, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. Job locations will be throughout Texas areas, depending on where Bids are won.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction site management, construction safety, organization, budgeting, and project management
    • Wastewater treatment and underground utilities experience is required
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
    • Knowledge of industry rules, regulations, and codes
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
    • Experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office & Sage
    • Relevant certifications (e.g. OSHA 30 Hour, First Aid/CPR, etc.) are a plus.
