- Provide field information and schedules to the support to team.
- Maintain and update project schedules
- Update and maintain project forecasts
- Complete and turn in Field Measurements
- Schedule Installs with our contract installers
- Verify Installers have drawings and all necessary hardware for install
- QC all field installs prior to approval of payment.
- Review installers invoices and approve them on a weekly basis.
- Work with Detailing Project Mangers to coordinate production updates and changes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Need to have knowledge of codes for stairs and rails.
- Osha Certified.
- Some Saturdays could be required to work and supervise a specific task.
- Capable of handling multiple projects.
- Occasionally working under stress.
- Must have experience working with Excel/ Word/ Microsoft Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A team-player with the ability of communicate to all different members of the project team is essential
