- Knowledge of managed care and credentialing standards
- Familiarity with medical office operations and terminology
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping
