  • Communicate with providers and external organizations to obtain necessary documentation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of credentialing policies and procedures

  • Previous experience in credentialing or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of managed care and credentialing standards
  • Familiarity with medical office operations and terminology
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping
