    Description

    Infosys is looking for a Lead Consultant in Infrastructure Testing. In this role, you'll be a quality engineering professional throughout the testing lifecycle, developing complex test frameworks, setting up test environments, and contributing to requirements documentation and test design. You'll work with top talent to deliver high-quality solutions meeting clients' needs. This position fosters collaboration, rewards excellence, and values diversity.

    • U.S. citizens and those eligible to work in the U.S. are welcome to apply.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology and Infrastructure Quality Engineering.
    • Minimum 7 years of IT and Infrastructure Quality Engineering experience.
    • Must be located near Chicago, IL or willing to relocate. Some travel within the U.S. and Canada may be required.
    • Experience in Test Solutioning, Testing strategies, and Test Execution for Infrastructure.
    • Proficiency in Lean/Agile development methodologies.
    Preferred Experience:
    • Expertise in recommending technical infrastructure test approaches.
    • Proven track record in test planning, conducting Impact Assessments, managing Testing risks, and Stakeholder co-ordination.
    • Good knowledge of Infrastructure Testing relating to various aspects.
    • Understanding of scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, Korn, Python, or Ansible.
    • Familiarity with Infrastructure Monitoring Tools and ITSM Processes.
    • Extensive knowledge of industry-wide testing techniques and methodologies.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

    The role may involve long periods of computer work and communication by phone, email, or in person. Travel is expected as needed.
