- Understand what is required of the job and provide an accurate estimate based off of the customer's takeoff and specifications. Training is provided to learn the product line.
- Identify labor, material, and time requirements for a job and qualify it accordingly in the bid.
- Excellent communication skills required. There is constant contact with customers via phone and email.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines/bid dates and to handle a fast paced work environment.
- Customer service experience required.
- Must be proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
