- Clinical Nurse Specialist-Critical Care-In conjunction with the Director of Nursing, assesses and evaluates the clinical practices of the nursing staff.
- Collaborates with the Nurse Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager in the assessment and identification of educational needs related to clinical nursing and patient care systems and processes; develops programs to address identified needs.
- Assists nursing staff with goal attainment relative to maximizing patient health, including a focus on prevention, rehabilitation, coping, death and dying.
- Demonstrates a high degree of professional excellence through the application of evidenced based practice.
- Acts a role model for Nursing staff in the attainment of clinical competence.
- Masters Degree : Nursing (Required)
- General Experience and ability in curriculum development & evaluation (Required)
- General Experience in a Clinical Nurse Specialist and/or Nursing Education role (Preferred)
