- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment programs for Health Plan members
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
- Manage intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries
- Collaborate with physicians in evaluating patients for psychotropic medications
- Supervise Associate Clinical Social Workers and other team members as needed
- Utilize community resources for member treatments and referrals
- Report safety concerns to appropriate agencies
- Master's degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Required license as a Clinical Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapist in California
- Experience with DSM-V for diagnosis
- Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practice and psychotherapy methods
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience in psychiatric treatment settings
- Proficiency in crisis intervention and psychotherapy
- Strong commitment to quality service and teamwork
- 40 hours per week, Day shift
- Workdays: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri (Variable Hours)
