About Home Clean Heroes

Home Clean Heroes is an established residential cleaning company dedicated to providing a safe and reliable work environment for all of its employees.

This person will manage the day to day operations of Home Clean Heroes of Main Line Philadelphia and is responsible for providing top notch cleaning services and positive customer experiences for each of our valued clients in the Main Line and surrounding areas.

The company is a locally owned franchise of Home Clean Heroes, and you will be employed by Maureen Maduadichie and Chuka Onugu, owners of Home Clean Heroes of Main Line Philadelphia.


Manager, Home Clean Heroes Mainline Philadelphia
The General Manager must be a reliable, well-organized and customer service-oriented person in order to direct day-to-day operations.

He or she is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, leading customer sales efforts, and managing all aspects of field operations, including scheduling, managing employees and driving profitability.

The position requires people management skills as well as P&L responsibility for our business.

The position reports to the owner and operates out of our Manayunk office.

This is a full-time, salaried position (and compensation includes a benefits package and variable compensation based on the results of the business).


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of residential cleaning operations to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct inhome estimates for prospective prospects or oversee the process for direct reports to establish solid customer relationships and maximize close rates.
  • Hire and oversee the training and productivity of all cleaning teams.
  • Proactively engage existing customer base through all channels of communication
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers.
  • Manage customer work orders, invoicing and payment processing via business management software.
  • Manage cleaning specialists, office staff, service schedules, and vehicle routing for a business including modifying cleaning routes and staffing schedules on a daily basis as needed.
  • Manage inventory of materials, chemicals and equipment.
  • In conjunction with and at the direction of the Owner(s), oversee financial aspects of the business including managing to a budget and topline income statement performance. This includes regular meetings to assess and manage to planned performance goals.
  • Execute marketing programs (social media, trade shows, special events)
  • Represent the business in local/communitybased marketing capacities as directed by the Owner(s).
  • Other responsibilities as determined.

  • Strong people management skills.
  • Experience coordinating and managing teams of employees and office staff.
  • Basic understanding of financial metrics with experience managing to a budget.
  • Preferably routebased service business experience.
