We are looking for someone who takes their job seriously and who is looking for a place that will appreciate their hard work.


Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process Cash, Check, and Credit Card Payments from Customers.
  • Create and process Invoices and other paperwork into computer system for parts and service.
  • Tracking logs. Experience with Excel spreadsheets a plus
  • Lite phones, filing and merchandise control.
  • Excellent oneonone Customer Service a MUST
  • Keep Customer Waiting Area clean and stocked with supplies as necessary.
  • Balancing daily paperwork, receipts, cash, credit card and other transactions.
Pre-employment Physical, Drug Screen and Background check required


Requirements:


  • Proficient in Microsoft office programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Prior automotive dealership experience preferred

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
