    Job Description:



    Applying for this role means you are expressing interest in future opportunities with Sprinklr, as you will be added to our talent pool for potential openings. Our Large Enterprise Sales team recruits for three primary AE roles:

    • Large Enterprise Account Executive - Hybrid: Balancing between acquiring new clients and nurturing existing ones
    • Large Enterprise Account Executive - Net New Logos: Focused on acquiring new clients
    • Large Enterprise Account Executive - Expansion: Concentrated on expanding current client relationships

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Identifying, negotiating, and closing significant deals in an assigned territory, engaging with key decision-makers in top global brands across various functions
    • Utilizing strong sales skills to uncover opportunities, connect with stakeholders, and meet client expectations
    • Listening to client needs, building relationships, and influencing stakeholders positively to drive success
    • Proactively seeking new business opportunities through networking and referrals
    • Continuously improving industry knowledge to gain a competitive edge and drive business growth
    • Soliciting feedback to enhance performance and personal development


    Who You Are & What Makes You a Strong Candidate:

    • Ranked in the top 10% of sales professionals in your current role, demonstrating a persistent and energetic approach
    • Possessing exceptional intelligence and a strong work ethic to thrive in the dynamic industry landscape
    • Having over 6 years of sales experience, including 4 years in enterprise-level software sales, emphasizing customer-centricity
    • Skilled in relationship-building and business development, understanding the significance of genuine care and values
    • Passionate about the Customer Experience evolution and adept at leveraging social media for organizational impact

    Compensation Range:

    $110,000 - $146,000 - $183,000

    The salary range offered for this position is based on various factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location, with opportunities for additional incentives based on performance and role. Our comprehensive benefits package underscores our dedication to employee well-being and professional development.
