We employ approximately 1,800 employees and are currently seeking a Team Leader for Investment Projects (CapEx) (m/f/d) at our location in Cologne.

These are the tasks that await you with us:

  • As a Team Leader for Project Execution, you will be primarily responsible for the successful implementation of greenfield and brownfield projects in the multi-million euro range
  • You will lead a team of 5 employees both disciplinarily and professionally
  • Budgeting, cost control, resource allocation, goal achievement, and adherence to project timelines are all within your responsibility
  • In addition, you will ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, occupational safety, environmental, and energy efficiency aspects
  • You will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal departments, external contractors, authorities, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders
