To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a
Service Desk Agent (m/w/d) for the IT Service Desk in Hamburg as soon as possible.


Your contribution:


  • Collaboration in the IT Service Desk to support end users with ITrelated questions in 1st level and in the Digital Workplace including onsite support activities at workstations and in conference rooms
  • Recording and classification of IT disruptions and user requests as part of ticket qualification
  • Resolution of IT disruptions (incidents) in the 1st level
  • Processing of standard user requests (service requests), e.g. setting up IT employee accounts, granting permissions, and installing clients and peripheral devices including instruction of employees
  • Support of users with issues in their digital work environments (Windows desktop, standard office applications, business systems) and mobile devices
  • Support of IT applications (Windows, Office
