This is your apprenticeship

As a machining mechanic at EUROIMMUN, you will produce components for our analysis devices and production machines. Using technical drawings, you will manufacture precision parts using modern CNC milling machines. This requires great manual dexterity, as the parts must fit exactly.

The following tasks await you

Manufacturing of individual parts using technical drawings on modern CNC milling and turning machines
Programming of CNC machines
Conducting quality controls
Maintenance and care of production machines

Vocational school classes take place 1-2 days a week at the Emil-Possehl-Schule in Lübeck.

What sets you apart

Good to very good secondary school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification or high school diploma
Good knowledge of mathematics and physics
Manual dexterity (e.g. when working on the components)
Spatial imagination (e.g. parts must be programmed and manufactured exactly according to the drawing)
