Description

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance players' technical abilities and tactical understanding in line with the clubs curriculum and player development model.
• Conduct practice sessions that focus on individual skill development, team tactics, and game strategy in line with the clubs curriculum and player development model.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve and reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to support player development and program initiatives.
• Serve as a positive role model for players and promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.
• Attend team meetings, coaching clinics, and any other relevant training sessions.

• Previous experience coaching soccer at various levels. Minimal 'Grass Roots/ GR' qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of the game, coaching techniques, and player development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by practice schedules and games.
• Our team plays within the _
  IWSL, YSSL leagues_ and you must be able to have the means to attend/travel such games to coach your teams.
• Passion for soccer and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for players.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
