We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team You will perform administrative and support functions to drive company success.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Draft/develop clear and effective correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule sales evaluations and installations/service appointments.
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Initiate client/vendor calls
Communicate effectively with other staff, management, clients, and vendors
Provide office support to staff and management and perform all other needed office functions
Qualified applicants possess:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Familiarity with DC Metro area as it relates to logistics/traffic for appointments
Ability to pass standard background check
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and troubleshoot.
Positive work ethic with flexibility to adapt to office environment and client interaction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills; proficient with Windows computer/PC (to include: Microsoft Office Suite)
Full-time Position (Benefits included in Full-time position after probationary period)
33-40hrs/week
Salary:
$17+/hr
