Organization Change Management and Training Specialist (OCM)

Responsibilities:
- Develop Job Aids, Policies, and Procedures
5.
Oversee and develop all aspects of the training life cycle:
develop and implement a training strategy, needs assessment, curriculum design, content development and delivery plan, and success metrics/KPIs
- Create learning materials, data sets for sandboxes, and other relevant training resources
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting and training Public Sector clients
- Experience related to instructional design, preferably on a corporate-level or large-scale systems implementation projects
- Microsoft PP proficiency to create and implement strategic communications and change management deliverables.
- Change management-related certifications are a plus (CCMP, CPCM, CMS)
