"Our client is one of the well-known younger residential construction and property management companies in the Munich area. Their services include new construction, rental, and management of their own real estate portfolio. We are currently seeking a
Project Manager for Residential Construction with Leadership Responsibility (m/f/d) to join their team as soon as possible.

>> Your role.

In this position, you will be responsible for project management in terms of both financial and technical aspects, from planning coordination to turnkey handover and final billing.

Your main focus will be on preparing and managing medium to large construction projects, including acting as the client's representative.

Your daily tasks will also include project cost estimation, financial analysis, and managing financial resources, as well as issuing tenders and awarding contracts for general planning, general contracting, and total contracting services.

Your responsibilities will also include monitoring construction progress while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and adherence to deadlines, as well as reporting.

Additionally, you will oversee compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

You will also be responsible for managing the construction process across different trades and acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, specialized engineers, and the relevant municipal authorities.

You will lead a team of more than 10 experienced employees in various roles.
