Responsibilities:

  • Independently conduct recurring main and emissions inspections of motor vehicles and trailers
  • Perform safety inspections of trucks and trailers according to § 29 StVZO
  • Prepare and conduct modification assessments according to §19.3 StVZO and vintage car assessments according to legal regulations
  • Provide customer consultation and serve as a key link within the TÜV SÜD organization

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering in the field of vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field at a university, technical college, or university of applied sciences
  • Ideally, some experience in the automotive industry, e.g. through previous vocational training in the field
  • Passion for vehicles and technology
  • Diligent work ethic and sense of responsibility
  • Confident demeanor towards customers and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken

  • The qualification as an officially recognized expert or test
