We are looking for two full-time dental assistants with customer service experience for our
Dental Laboratory located in Garden Grove.

Skills/Requirements needed but not limited to:

Dental duties with front and back office experience
Experience with
digital scan cases and CAD/CAM technology (preferred)
Ability to
work independently with
attention to detail and
problemsolving skills
At least
3 years of chairside dental assisting
Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, as well as the ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environment
Ability to multitask and switch tasks midproject as needed
Strong Work Ethic
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
Excellent Customer Service Skills, and Phone Etiquette and Enthusiastic
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude and works well with a team

Duties but not limited to:

Liasion between dental office and head technician
Digital scan protocols
Data entry and invoicing and filing
Product evaluation
Tracking cases
Shipping and Receiving
Organize office operations & procedures to maintain a professional work environment & functionality at all times
Assist with quality control procedures for products
