Job Summary:


  • HealthBridge Post-Acute Rehabilitaion is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Business Office Manager to join our team As the Business Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our administrative functions and financial processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing healthcare organization._

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of the business office, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments and team members to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Manage and supervise the office staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, is peferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Office Manager or similar role in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong knowledge of billing, insurance claims, and reimbursement processes.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
