We are currently looking for an Employee (m/f/d) in commercial service for our branch in Plattling.


Your tasks will include:

  • Processing delivery notes, invoicing, and corresponding followup work
  • Correspondence: email, filing, file management, and database maintenance
  • Administrative and organizational support in the company
  • Knowledgeable contact person for our customers
  • Coordination and processing of time management via KWP
  • Support in creating expense/travel expense reports

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Ideally, professional experience
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Ideally, knowledge of industry software (KWP)
  • Structured work style and strong communication skills
  • Initiative, diligence, and independence
