As part of our temporary staffing services, we are currently looking for a
Part-time Accounting Employee (m/f/d) 19.5 hours/week for our prestigious client in Munich.


Your responsibilities:


  • Formal and substantive review, coding and allocation of incoming invoices
  • Coding of documents (accounts, cost centers & projects)
  • Processing of paperbased invoices
  • Digital workflow processing of all invoices with X-Suite in SAP R/
  • Analysis and allocation of creditor reminders

Your qualifications:


  • Several years of professional experience in the field of accounts payable accounting
  • Good knowledge of SAP R/
  • Experience with digital invoice processing software
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • High level of independence and communication skills, team spirit and reliability
  • Excellent German language skills (spoken and written)
