We are currently looking for a (Junior) IT Project and Program Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date on a full-time basis. Your main responsibilities Coordination, support and control of tender projects in collaboration with the specialist departments with a focus on IT Management of internal and external stakeholders as well as service providers in project business Preparation and follow-up of meetings (documentation, scheduling, communication) Finalization of tender documents and quality control Grant monitoring and invoice management Your profile You have successfully completed a vocational training in the field of IT or a comparable qualification You have professional experience in the healthcare sector as well as a certification in IT project management You are proactive, not afraid of legal regulations or large sums of money, and can keep track of things when everyone wants something from you You don't give up until all the numbers in your pivot table are correct, you can analyze well and use mistakes as a learning opportunity You are cooperative, a team player, reliable and have strong communication skills - also thanks to
