Position: Senior Consultant Commercial

Location: Cologne (hybrid)

Salary: up to € per year

Permanent position

My client, an M&A/strategy consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Consultant Commercial (CDD).

In this role with a focus on M&A and private equity, you will lead interesting due diligence projects together with your project team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Getting familiar with new business models and markets, with a focus on eCommerce and technology
  • Consulting and interacting at the highest corporate level
  • Conducting interviews with experts and management
  • Contributing to the development of methods and analysis
  • Developing the team's expertise and taking on leadership responsibilities

Profile:

  • Passion for commercial due diligence and digital business models
  • Master's degree in business administration, finance & accounting, or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting or M&A
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Assertive, authentic, dedicated, and a team
