Your new challenge:


  • Receiving customer inquiries and orders for timely delivery to our customers
  • Independent predispatch of transport orders, taking into account logistical requirements and economic aspects
  • Communication and coordination with internal and external contacts, such as dispatchers and drivers
  • Monitoring order processing and ensuring compliance with agreed delivery dates
  • Monitoring and planning of cement and fly ash stocks
  • Close cooperation with the sales region and key account management to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Control and maintenance of data in our SAP R/3 system
  • Active problemsolving and communication in case of issues or changes in tour schedules
  • Efficient coordination of invoicing for logistics services in cooperation with internal and external partners

What you bring:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on logistics
  • Pleasant and confident manner in customer contact over the phone
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP R/
  • High commitment,
