    Maintenance Technician

    How Our Team Members Contribute:

    As Maintenance Technicians, you play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our residents and enhancing the value of their properties. Your responsibilities include:

    • Performing routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems running efficiently.
    • Completing maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
    • Repairing building fixtures like lights, locks, windows, and more.
    • Operating and maintaining systems and equipment as required.

    Requirements:

    • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of general maintenance practices and safety regulations.
    • Familiarity with electrical and plumbing codes and safety standards.
    • Understanding of OSHA and local safety requirements.
    • Possess basic tools and ability to work at heights.
    • Proficiency in using smartphones and email for daily operations.
    • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
    • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $ per hour

    • Maintenance: 3 years (Required)

    License/Certification:
