Description

We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Co-Working Development Manager to join our team and lead the market positioning of available spaces, develop company domiciliation, and manage coworker relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, and fostering the growth of our coworking community.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for marketing available coworking spaces, conducting market analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Develop and implement company domiciliation strategies to attract startups and entrepreneurs to use our coworking space as their headquarters.
  • Manage the marketing process for coworking spaces, including creating listings, conducting site visits with potential clients, and negotiating contract terms.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners such as real estate agencies, professional associations, and service providers to foster the growth of our coworking network.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for coworkers, addressing their needs and facilitating their integration into our community.

Qualifications:


  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, real estate marketing, or property management, preferably in the coworking or commercial real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve set goals.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and building dynamic communities.
