- Safe use of all tools, welders, electrical wiring
- Perform PM Levels 1, 2, & 3 and maintain maintenance log books
- Plant facilities upkeep – (HVAC, Compressors, Chillers, Electrical, Water Treatment)
- Tool Change Activities & Documentation
- SMED and TPM Activities
- Perform Work Orders as assigned
- LOTO (Lock/out; Tag/out) expertise
- Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities
- Training of new employees
- Develop/propose improvements to training and best practice documentation
- Support Plant Production when required
- Identify, correct & report safety issues at all levels of manufacturing process
- Blow Mold and robotics knowledge
Skills:Troubleshooting, Maintenance technician - Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electronic PLC experience
- Ability to read/understand Electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic prints
- Strong Analyzing and Problem Solving Skills
- Communication / Influencing Skills
- Project and results oriented
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Position requires walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, reaching and climbing; Requires working under high temperature at certain times
Pay and Shift-2nd shift-3pm-11pm-Pay ranges from 25-30$/hr based on experience
